Los Angeles Composer's Collective: "Reimagining the Italian Art Song"

In partnership with the Italian Studies Department at Chapman University, the Los Angeles Composers Collective dissect and interpret iconic works of Italian literature for a fresh take on an old classic—the Italian art song. This will be the world premiere of my new piece for soprano, countertenor, violin, cello, and harp, based on Gabriele D'Annunzio's "La pioggia nel pineto." This concert will be featured on podcast series, "The Sounds, The Stories" by Brew Sessions Live.
